The changed division panels operating modes were respectively biasing turned panels left 30°、45°、60°; all panels biasing right side and the combination biasing panels turned panels left at different angles. Research expressed that the left and right velocity deviation takes place mainly at the below half part of horizontal gas pass. The velocity deviation at the part was decreased in varying degrees in every operating mode of changing panels, and the decreased margins achieved 20%~50% contrasting the standard working operating mode. KEY WORDS:velocity deviation; pendant platen super heater; tangentially fired utility boiler; rearranging division panels1 引言4角切向喷燃锅炉,由于其采取链式着火,旋转燃烧,能使炉膛中央低压区煤粉、氧气和高温烟气等得到充分混合,因此,这类锅炉具有湍动混合强、燃烧效率高、煤种适应广等优点,所以这类锅炉在大型火力发电厂动力机组中普遍采取。但由于炉内环状气流螺旋上升至炉膛出口,存有残余旋转,在引风机的牵引下,使得水平烟道中左右气流速度产生偏差,导致该区域的温度也产生偏差,这类偏差常会引发对流受热面超温爆管事故的产生,严重威胁着机组安全经济地运行。各国科学家和工程技术人员化费了大量精力和资金对这1问题进行研究[1~5],但至今还没有找到1种较为完全的解决办法。目前,国内外对利用分隔屏偏置改进速度偏差的研究还很少。本文对此进行了研究宅基地内建房算违建吗,其研究成果,对4角喷燃锅炉安全经济地运行,提高机组的效益,控制水平烟道中对流受热面超温爆管事故的产生等有较大的作用。2 实验结果及分析实验系统及实验方法详见文[6]。在水平烟道中,由下到上某个截面上城中村房屋手续齐全可以强拆吗,左右速度(见图2)的不均匀性,用速度偏差系数ε表示(1)式中 ur为截面上右半烟道气流平均速度,m/s(见图2);ul为截面上左半烟道气流平均速度, m/s;为截面上气流平均速度,m/s。各平均速度均按面积平均计算。截面位置用相对高度h表示(2)式中 A为测点位置所在截面距烟道底部的距离执法强拆民房有法律依据吗,m;H为测点所在位置处烟道高度,m。实验条件见文[6]。分隔屏为实心的有机玻璃版制成。测得的结果如图1~4示,图1是标准工况(分隔屏按设计工况放置,没有变动,目前的机组均按此工况运行)测得的结果。图1 屏未改动(标准工况下)工况下的结果Fig.1 Results on original SH panel arrangement(standard condition)图2 分隔屏全部偏置到右侧工况下的结果Fig.2 Results on all SH panel at right half pass condition图3 屏放置示意图Fig.3 SH panel arrangemeul资讯分类行业动态帮助文档展会专题报道5金人物商家文章
